The Role

To spearhead the delivery of our ambitious new strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Director of Partnerships & Projects to join us on a full time, permanent basis located in our Eastleigh head office.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be tasked with creating strategic cross-sector partnerships to create effective and sustainable health and well-being services for our customers. Acting as an ambassador for Radian for both internal and external stakeholders, you will inspire change and provide essential leadership for staff who will look to you for direction.

A highly accountable position, you will lead our work with other agencies to meet the needs of the growing retirement market and to assist health services to alleviate delayed transfers; a flagship project for Radian as we embark on our new strategy and direction.

With your in-depth understanding of the health and retirement housing sectors, and ability to quickly build effective networks with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will be expected to support the Executive Director complete key corporate projects that deliver our strategic plan; you will also recognise opportunities to continue business growth while putting our residents and communities at the heart of everything you do.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience and a track record of successfully delivering outstanding housing services within well-defined regulatory and legislative frameworks. This is a pivotal role in the delivery of Radian’s strategic plan and the significant work you will be responsible for will have a noticeable impact across the Group.
