Orbit has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join the Income Services team. The Credit Controller will provide an effective and efficient income collection service to customers in all debt recovery areas for leaseholders and homeowners. Working closely with the Leasehold team, you will ensure that Home owner account enquiries are successfully met and issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Reporting into the Income Manager, your role will be responsible for maintaining high quality records and providing administrative support.

About you

We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships and provide an excellent service to our customers. You will be an innovative thinker with an ability to be adaptable in a busy and ever changing environment. We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of property managements, service charges and rents.

Housing experience is desirable but essentially we are looking for a candidate with the right drive and determination to assist our customers and go the extra mile.

Please be aware this role will be offered as a 6 months fixed term contract, with a possibility of permanent opportunities.
