Customer Access Team Manager
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Customer Access Team . The role is to manage circa 12 customer access officers who are the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries on behalf of the organisation. You need to value customer service and have the ability to get the best out of your team.
You must have customer service experience and ideally contact centre, management or supervisory experience. You need to be a strong communicator with the ability of working in a busy team and be resilient in difficult situations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong Customer Services Team that are at the heart if the organisation with an emphasis excellent services.
