The post holder will be required to conduct regular communal inspections of our schemes and flats to ensure the organisation meets its legal and corporate responsibilities in relation to Fire Regulation, in both Merseyside and Cheshire.
Part of this role will be identifying and reporting repairs, environmental issues and any hazards identified. The post holder must be key contact in delivering estate management functions to ensure we are a compliant organisation, whilst also supporting the neighbourhood team. The post holder will meet key performance targets to ensure the delivery of the organisations 4 corporate objectives.
