Salary - £32,062 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Neighbourhood Manager to join our Communities team based at our on-site office located in Seven Sisters, North London. It is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we enter a period of change following our recent merger.

This role will see you deliver a strong estate service at one of Notting Hill Genesis' flagship regeneration projects, Woodberry Down. Situated in the Borough of Hackney, Woodberry Down currently comprises of 730 homes, with a final delivery of 2000+ homes by 2040.
The Neighbourhood Manager is responsible for delivering a consistent, reliable, and responsive customer focused service, ensuring value for money, for a multi-tenure portfolio within a neighbourhood. You will be directly responsible for estate, tenancy and leasehold management and commissioning and influencing other services delivered to Woodberry Down.
Responsibilities also include dealing with all enquiries regarding tenancy issues, providing advice regarding successions and mutual exchanges. Whilst also increasing resident satisfaction levels through providing a responsive service to the Woodberry Down community.

Working closely with the Neighbourhoods team, you will adopt a flexible and responsive culture, to ensure change and service improvements are achieved effectively. You will ensure new and re-let properties are let within time frames and meet agreed standards.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate expertise in housing management and working closely with residents in a similar capacity. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and the relationship management skills necessary to develop and maintain effective partnerships.

Essentially you will be able to consistently strive for excellence in customer service delivery and ensure the achievement of operational priorities. You will demonstrate experience of proactively encouraging customers to influence and be involved in designing services.
