Through co-ordination and supervision of a team of Care Workers, to ensure the delivery of high quality personalised care to clients living in sheltered accommodation and/or the wider community in accordance with individual care plans and the A2Dominion Group philosophy of care.To succeed in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge and understanding of how to support people in achieving and maintaining independence.
