A leader and motivator in your field, you will engage and encourage staff within your area of responsibility to deliver excellent asset management services that continually meet the standards of the national agenda and that of our tenants.

Your areas of responsibility include asset management, our Keystone Asset Management system, development of grant bid leads, collaborating on contract management and procurement needs as well as involvement in planned maintenance, development and health and safety.

You will work well with colleagues and external partners to deliver excellent performance, support bids for growth and develop fact based quantitative analysis to support recommendations, ensuring financial soundness at all times. Your work will be dynamic and often demanding and you will bring a renewed energy and high standards to this role at all times.
