Whilst we take a commercial approach to house building, all of the surpluses the Group generates are reinvested into supporting our social purpose, helping to deliver more homes and services for customers.

The role

The Learning & Development Team, is responsible for Group-wide staff development and training initiatives and programmes including mentoring, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) qualifications, IT training performance management tools, and accreditation's such as Investors in People, and talent management.

We are currently looking to recruit an L&D Technologies Consultant who can pull together the design and delivery of our online learning on our systems which also fit in with our Fit for the Future transformation programme.

Our role would suit someone who has worked for a large company with experience of working on a transformation piece.

The successful candidate will lead on the learning technologies and will work with our Head of Learning & Development and other departments and stakeholders to plan the journey of this piece and train relevant staff.

You will have excellent stakeholder engagement experience and be able to pull a plan together and promote learning technologies to take this forward within the business and this will include:

How do we engage?

What are we offering?

How do we train people?

How do we use the platform to develop training?

We would ideally like someone who is up to date with learning technologies and mobile learning and someone who has worked with our ATS Cornerstone OnDemand previously.
