Development Programme Manager

You will manage a small team to deliver our 2020 strategic plan programme delivering rented and shared ownership accommodation.  

To be successful you will have strong organisational and people management skills.  You will be able to use computerised project management tools such as Proval and Sequel to monitor individual projects and programmes as a whole. Alongside your knowledge of building procurement and project delivery. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to customer care in delivering our aftercare service to customers.
