Radian has a fantastic opportunity to join our People and Organisational Development team as a part-time HR Administrator. Working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, you will normally work from 0930 to 1600 however you may be required to work outside these hours on occasions to support the needs of the business. Full time hours may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Working with the HR Advisory team, you will provide efficient and timely administrative support including accurate minute-taking at Employee Relations meetings .
This role would suit someone from an HR background, or from other sectors which regularly deal with sensitive and confidential data such as legal or medical. You should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Strong audio typing skills are required. Please note, candidates invited to interview will be required to complete a typing assessment as part of the recruitment selection process.
Candidates must be able to travel when requested to other Radian locations, particularly Petersfield and Windsor.
