The role

The Learning & Development Team, is responsible for Group-wide staff development and training initiatives and programmes including mentoring, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) qualifications, IT training performance management tools, and accreditation's such as Investors in People, and talent management.

We are currently looking to recruit a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to come in and help us co-ordinate the L&D work programme and to provide a full administrative service to the department.

You will be setting up courses and workshops and taking a lead at our corporate induction. You will be expected to fully promote the full training programme as well as plan and support events and activities.

Part of this role entails the successful candidate produce management information on training KPI's, evaluation of interventions, L&D portal and specific metrics to the team. You will work with our finance systems processing purchase orders and card payments where necessary.

This role will suit someone who has experience in or gained experience working within an L&D function, you will have excellent working knowledge of MS Office, be proactive and have a proven record in dealing with and managing internal and external customers/providers.
