You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of cleaning in void properties, cleaning of occupied properties including communal areas for our Windsor based operation in an efficient and effective manner in accordance with appropriate good building maintenance practice.
Providing a high quality, customer focused service you will carry out all cleaning ensuring all works are planned, programmed and completed on time to the satisfaction of Radian's internal and external customers.
You will be a good communicator and have an achievement based approach to your work.
What you will need for the role:
• You will be given a van to get to properties so a driving license is essential.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role.
Salary for this role is: £17,221.35 per annum base salary plus potential bonus of up to £7,614.55 per annum
