Income & Allocations Manager
We’re looking for an energetic housing professional with substantial experience of delivering and running Income and Allocations services within a large Housing Association or Local authority to join us as an Income & Allocations Manager.

You won’t just play a crucial part in the delivery of our customer experience strategy and key aspects of core landlord service functions such as arrears recovery and property lettings, for around 21, 000 homes. You’ll also drive and support the operational performance for our Income and Allocations teams and contribute significantly to the overall effectiveness of our customer service offer. Indeed, engendering a high performance culture that puts the customer at the heart of service delivery will be key to your success. Providing inspirational leadership and direction, delivering service and system improvements and managing budgets and contracts – these are just some aspects of this vital senior management role.
As well as a fluid and flexible leadership style, you have a real flair for driving and implementing change and a track record of delivering excellent performance and customer service for a diverse range of customers. We’re also looking for a good understanding of the relevant legislation, regulatory standards and good practice. Used to delivering service improvement and customer engagement initiatives in support of a customer experience strategy, you're a great coach too - someone who really gets the best out of people. Financially aware and adept at managing risk, you also pride yourself on your ability to influence at all levels and build fruitful commercial partnerships.
