About the Role:

 

Come and join us as a Health & Social Care Trainer and support the delivery of excellent customer care. 

 

Your role will work closely with our care team to assess, plan and deliver training needs to ensure compliance and best practice methods are used right from their induction.  You will train colleagues in both regulatory and mandatory courses, including Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, Medication and First Aid, as well as supporting them through the Care Certificate standards.

 

You will also take the lead on collating and analysing information to provide accurate reports of any training and developments taking place.  This means accurate and robust training records will need to be maintained and meet regulatory requirements.

 

About You:

 

You will need to hold previous experience of delivering mandatory care related training using a range of different teaching methods to meet the needs of a broad range of learning style and abilities. 

 

Using your enthusiastic, innovative and creative approach to problem solving, you will not only be a fantastic team player but a trusted expert for our care colleagues.

 

You will need to be able to use your awesome influencing skills and coach colleagues and managers to fully engage with all training requirements.  As an outstanding communicator, you will also work with managers and trainees to promote awareness of planned training opportunities across our service.
