We have approximately 3000 homes and in order to improve the service we provide to our tenants, we are looking to fill three posts. We are looking for individuals with a strong customer focus. Our work can be pressured at times but it can be very rewarding given that it offers opportunities to “make a difference” for our tenants.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of landlord and tenant obligations to work in our neighbourhood team. The post is predominantly estate management based however knowledge of income collection is essential.
The successful applicant’s main duties will be responding to issues arising on a patch in a specific geographical area. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to network with different stakeholders, building positive relationships.
The varied nature of the workload means that you will need to be able to organise and manage conflicting priorities with only minimal support from your manager. You should be flexible in your approach to the work and be able to give and receive support to and from colleagues, as required.
A knowledge of building maintenance issues would be desirable.
