This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Facilities Management function that has undergone significant change and modernisation over the past 12 months. You will lead a small and dedicated team of Facilities Assistance providing support to the organisation by managing 3 headquarters buildings across central London along with a number of other community buildings and supporting sites. Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager you will have experience of multi-site operations and a mix of hard and soft services management experience. Coming from either a TFM or client side background you will understand maintenance planning and have a solid understanding of M&E building services and compliance delivered through a supply chain.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and the development of others, and the ability to use planning tools such as CAFM systems and resource management systems, ideally including CAD. You will be highly organised and efficient and able to manage competing priorities and demonstrate resilience. An excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, you will deliver operations and projects with equal ease.
