9 months Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover

36.25 hours per week, Full time

Orbit has an exciting opportunity for a Property Compliance Administrator to join our Property Compliance team located at our Maidstone office. You will provide an efficient administrative support service, managing enquires from internal and external customers and contractors.

The Property Compliance Administrator will manage a variety of contracts for asbestos, electrical, fire, water and lifting equipment safety functions. This is a fast paced role which involves creating work orders, providing administrative support, arranging access for site visits and communicating urgent referrals for compliance works. The team is made up of a Coordinator, Contract Officer and Senior Officer, and you will also work closely with the wider compliance team.

About you

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is focused and proactive, with attention to detail. IT skills and experience using Word, Excel and Office are essential for this role. We are looking for a team player and someone who is willing to go that extra mile for our customers. Social housing or property background is desirable.
