Estate Services Operative - Bexley

Various Locations: Erith, Abbey Wood, Belvedere, Welling

Salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Hours: 36.25

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an Estate Services Operative to join a number of our developments located in the Bexley area. As part of the Estate Services team, you will provide a high quality service to the communal areas of the Orbit developments.
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning, ensuring areas are clear, tidy and safe. You will ensure that any issues of repairs or improvements are reported so that customers, visitors and Orbit properties are safe and secure.

About you

To be successful, you'll need to be a self motivated individual who has previous experience of cleaning communal areas. You will need to be able to operate machinery and have knowledge of cleaning and environmental services. You must be able to fulfil the physical requirements and the capability to operate machinery such as tipper vans, petrol blowers and floor cleaning apparatus.

You must have the ability to drive and travel across a variety of Orbit schemes.
