We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Administrator to provide excellent administrative support in relation to in-house and subcontractor repairs and maintaining compliance databases.

The role involves general secretarial support including managing correspondence, recharges, missed appointments, producing jobs, purchase orders, minutes and creating and sending mail merges.  To assist in the processing of the trade operative team payroll, ensuring reports are processed and sent to HR, to enable accurate and timely pay for staff. 

Part of this role includes liaising with Managers, subcontractors and employees to obtain correct information regarding outstanding jobs. You will manage and control subcontractors and material invoices, identifying inaccuracies and liaising with managers to resolve queries.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support in managing the companies’ fleet of vans.

The ideal job holder will be proficient in Word and Excel and be able to effectively prioritise a varied workload and to take on other duties as directed/delegated by the Contracts Manager.
