This role involves working with and being responsible to the Delves TMO Committee for the management and delivery of housing services, development of the TMO’s strategic vision and values and providing effective leadership and management to TMO staff to ensure the delivery of effective customer services. The successful candidate will possess strong social housing knowledge, excellent report writing, verbal communication, interpersonal, organisational, time management, leadership and computer skills. The successful candidate will possess strong commitment to resident management, involvement and empowerment.
