Stock Condition Surveyor

In this busy role, you will be working closely with the Surveying Team to help deliver our asset management strategy. The role is responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys in our occupied properties, void properties and communal areas to assist in the ongoing development of our planned reinvestment programmes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of carrying out stock condition surveys as well as experience working within residential property and planned maintenance fields. You will also have experience of asset management based around computerised stock condition databases and knowledge of common building defects. You must be confident with figures, be computer literate and able to communicate confidently and clearly. A strong customer focus is essential and you will be comfortable working under pressure.
Applicants must hold a clean driving licence and have access to a car for business use.
