Here at Alliance Homes Group, we want to make a real difference to our customer’s lives. As one of our Multi-Trade Operatives, you will be at the heart of this by undertaking high quality, pro-active repairs and maintenance works to our properties in Bristol, North Somerset and Swindon.

You will come across challenges and opportunities throughout your day, and you will work together as a team to resolve them. Together, we will ensure the service delivered is as efficient and effective as it can be.

Successful candidates will be a qualified tradesperson, with either Plastering, Masonry, Carpentry and Plumbing skills. You will be solution orientated, wanting to get things done whilst consistently looking for that smarter way to work.

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent customer experience and right first-time repair.  As well as the above, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to excel in the role. 

You must have a full driving licence to be considered for this role. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a need for additional call out hours  and standby on a rota basis.
