We're currently looking for an experienced Aftercare Manager to join our After Care Team on a 9 month fixed term basis.

Based in Fareham, you'll be responsible for managing the Aftercare Team and ensuring it meets its objectives. Utilising your skills of collaboration, you'll need to work closely with the Head of Aftercare, colleagues in the Directorate, the wider Commercial Company and the Housing Association as well as with residents and other stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for managing an effective and efficient defects service to residents of new properties and for monitoring and reporting on the rectification of latent defects. It's likely that we'll ask you to respond to complaints from parties such as Board Members, Members of Parliament and Councillors.

You'll already have experience of leading a high performing team, demonstrate excellent communication skills and show a commitment to delivering superb customer service. Your experience of defects management and reporting will be critical in your success in this challenging but rewarding role.
