B3Living is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex. This is an exciting time to be joining B3Living. Our Board has been reviewing the purpose of our organisation and is currently working to revise and define what we do to make the most impact on the housing crisis locally.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Director (Growth) to be responsible to the Chief Executive for effective leadership; performance, sustainable growth, development, and effectiveness of the Growth Directorate. You will work closely with the Board and Executive Team to lead and manage the delivery of the Board & strategic purpose.

As a member of the Executive Team, you will contribute to the corporate direction and success of the organisation ensuring that appropriate and effective policies and strategies are developed and delivered. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will continuously work to improve the quality of service to the tenants of the organisation, Board Members and staff and ensure that improvements in customer care are an ongoing priority.

The successful candidate will have a track record of effective people management within a high-quality customer-focused organisation in the housing sector or related regulated field. You will have extensive development experience, an understanding of complex financial budget management and evidence of continuous professional development.

You will also be adept at managing risk. Knowledge of the role of a Board and exposure at Board level including presenting at and/or being accountable to a Board is essential.
