Residents are able to enjoy homes that are self-contained with their own secure front doors for peace of mind, and can maintain their independence whilst living in the surrounding of a friendly and close-knit community. Residents have the use of various communal facilities allowing them to interact and socialise.

We are currently looking for two experienced Housing professionals to manage our Retirement Housing tenancies within the Oxfordshire area.  These posts will provide leadership and management to the team in order to deliver efficiently managed housing and excellent customer satisfaction.

Leading a small team, you will be involved in supporting tenants to maintain their tenancies, maximising income and managing rent arrears (including taking any relevant court action).  You will provide support in relation to anti-social behaviour and will identify safeguarding issues for our more vulnerable residents, working with other agencies where appropriate.

You will also be involved in the allocation stage and work to manage void loss, ensuring that old tenancies are ended effectively and that new tenancies begin efficiently.

The successful candidates will be experienced in social and affordable housing, and will have knowledge of intensive housing, the needs of older people and tenancy management.  It is important that you have strong communication skills that are adaptable dependent on audience and are able to manage complex customer issues.

If you are flexible and innovative in your approach to service delivery, we would love to hear from you!

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential and you will be required to have an enhanced DBS check.

In return we can offer a competitive salary, car allowance, 28 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, contributory pension, free life assurance, free private medical cover, cycle to work scheme, lifestyle rewards and employee assistance programme.
