Resident Services Coordinator

IDS part way through a transformation programme that will see significant new investment converted into enhanced customer services, enabling us to become best in class.

We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team.  You must be positive, pro-active, able to provide tenancy sustainment services for tenants of all tenures. You will be responsible for leading on the development of a range of sustainment service and sign-posting options, including the roll-out of digital solutions and assistive technology.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to have a DBS check.
