We now have a number of great opportunities for top quality candidates to influence the work of this transformational organisation, as Board and Committee Members.

Board Members £4k pa

We are seeking 2 new Board Members with executive level experience in a customer-orientated environment. We are particularly looking for candidates with a professional background in one of the following:

  • Human Resources and OD
  • ICT strategy and operational  activities/Digitalisation
  • Finance and Treasury Management
  • Welfare Reform and  Housing Management
  • Asset Management

Committee Members £1.5k pa

Our independent co-opted Committee members provide external advice and support. We are looking for members of the Governance and HR Committee, and also the Audit and Risk Committee. These are ideal roles for candidates with appropriate professional skills who are seeking a first governance appointment.

Most important for all roles is a real alignment with saha vision and values, a strong teamwork approach, and openness to new ideas and ways of thinking. An understanding of housing, or closely aligned sectors would be an advantage.
