Project Worker
Felixstowe
39 Hours, permanent
£17,745 - £19,108 per annum

Do you have a passion to support homeless vulnerable people living in supported housing?

We are recruiting for a passionate individual to join our growing team as a Project Worker to provide support at our homeless supported housing services across a number of services in the Felixstowe area. If this is of interest then we would love to hear from you…

We are looking for a kind, compassionate and caring individual who enjoys flexible working and operating as part of a team in this key and important function within Notting Hill Genesis. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to work on rota shift basis.
The primary focus of our schemes is to support clients in a range of areas including finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to more suitable long-term accommodation, appropriate to their needs.

Although previous supported housing experience would be preferred for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational people that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable adults and delivering a person-centred service.

We fully endorse career development and have a great reputation for rewarding our staff, significant opportunities for learning and development and the opportunity to make a difference to how Notting Hill Genesis evolves in the coming years.

Advert closing date: Wednesday 20th February 2019
