Job Details

We're looking for an exceptional Procurement Support Officer on a fixed term job share basis to work with the Procurement Performance, Assurance and Operations Lead, and colleagues across the Group Procurement and Commercial Management function to support the operational needs of the Team. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months covering 21 hours per week on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Working as part of a team, you'll need to coordinate work priorities in a seamless manner, undertaking a wide range of administration duties, such as managing the email inbox, record keeping and archiving services, diary co-ordination, minute taking and project administration. We'll look to you to support data management and reporting requirements, ensuring we maintain an accurate contracts and projects database.

You'll already have experience within an administrative role, preferably within a procurement environment, and experience of working with all levels of stakeholders and interdepartmental relationships in a supporting type role. You must be willing to travel to London occasionally.
