Enfield is an ambitious council that is serious about “good growth” and unwavering in our commitment to putting our residents first.

Forming part of the second largest employment corridor in London, residents enjoy excellent transport links, good schools, low crime and green spaces. With significant development and regeneration programmes underway, we are committed to providing sustainable mixed tenure across Enfield and to creating better places for our residents.

As our new Head of Development, you will take responsibility for developing and delivering our programme of new housing supply at pace. You will lead our relationship with the Greater London Authority on all housing, regeneration and care schemes, as well as developing relationships with providers to maximise our housing supply.
