We aim to be one of the best providers of homes and support, in everything we do we will show respect, reliability and passion.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner (Development and Sales) to join our team based in Leeds. This is an important role as the link between Finance and the Development and Sales teams. You will set-up and run programme level reporting for our development programme and property sales pipeline.

You will work directly with the Heads of the Development and Sales teams on all other aspects of Finance including being the link into Finance for treasury, tax and accounting guidance.

Proactive in your approach, you will lead on the financial aspects of grant and other funding applications and monitor and advise on the use of recycled grant fund. Further to this, you will work closely with the Treasury team to manage short term cash requirements and longer-term financing requirements arising from the development programme.

Passion – You need to be able to communicate with impact with a range of different stakeholders. You should be able to combine your financial skills with business acumen to provide valuable insight.

Please note that CV’s will not be accepted.
