Sustain (UK) Ltd is a Registered Social Landlord based that has grown rapidly since it was set up in 2009. The business now has a bed capacity of some 2,500 spread across Birmingham and the wider area. With a turnover in excess of £23 million pa and a growth rate of some 20%pa, the business is looking to appoint a number of significant positions within the organisation based in Harborne, Birmingham:

Sustain (UK) Ltd has recently been given its first Regulatory Judgment by the RSH and is graded as V2/G3, so is non-compliant. Sustain has been working closely with the Regulator since first being given a Regulatory Notice in 2015 and we expect to be compliant by the end of this calendar year, if not sooner. In order to assist us in this process we are looking for an executive level, experienced professional, possibly with a finance professional background to complement the existing board and to bring a good understanding of governance and risk through the eyes of a NED.
