Sustain (UK) Ltd is a Registered Social Landlord based that has grown rapidly since it was set up in 2009. The business now has a bed capacity of some 2,500 spread across Birmingham and the wider area. With a turnover in excess of £23 million pa and a growth rate of some 20%pa, the business is looking to appoint a number of significant positions within the organisation based in Harborne, Birmingham:

This role will entail a variety of projects as directed by the executive board. On an ongoing basis you will be responsible for all policies & procedures within the business – drafting new ones as required and reviewing and updating existing ones, ensuring that they are brought to the board for renewal in a timely fashion. You will take on the lead role in the production and maintenance of Sustains business plan, the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and the Investor’s in People standards. You will collate data from around the company to provide KPI’s to the senior management team and the board. You will also be responsible for identifying and producing applications for new funding opportunities, so will need a thorough understanding of the sector and the opportunities in the market place.

The suitable candidate will have worked in a similar role within the supported living sector if possible. The role will be based in Harborne, Birmingham and will be part-time. Flexibilty is a key issue as the role will be project driven. The remuneration package is flexible depending upon the candidate.
