Job Details

The postholder will have the opportunity to work on a number of strategic projects which are important to Peabody’s ambitions. These may include: 

  • Working on long-term strategic joint ventures with developers.
  • Assessment of new funding opportunities for the organisation, keeping up to date with developments in the sector and owning the analysis of new models.
  • Refinement of existing reporting to ensure that management information drives timely decision making.
  • Financial analysis of the existing asset base to identify opportunities to deliver incremental value.
  • Financial modelling to support investment decisions.

Please note an element of flexibility is required to travel to other offices in central London.

Desired skills and experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with relevant post qualification experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Able to challenge in a robust, resilient and pragmatic way
