We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our Planned Investment team within the Asset division.

About the Role

This role will require you to act as a key member of the Regional Planned Investment Team in South London and to provide effective leadership to your Project Surveyors ensuring that challenging objectives and requirements are met within a positive and performance focused environment. Further duties of this role are outlined below;-

  • Through excellent project management deliver the agreed programme whilst ensuring key stakeholders are kept fully engaged and updated.
  • Deliver all projects in accordance with best practice and ensure a collaborative approach to delivery is established with Clarion Contractors.
  • Carry out full consultation with all customers and stake holders and ensure that all views are considered where appropriate.
  • Help identify operational and service improvements and value for money opportunities.
  • Carry out all pre-implementation activity for your Project Areas on the programme and ensure that they are planned effectively in advance to maximise efficiencies.

About You

We are looking for someone who can successfully manage projects whilst motivating and managing this team through transitional change. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the below attributes;-

  • Experience as a Manager in a national Housing Association delivering Planned Works in dispersed locations.
  • A track record of managing complex projects and workstreams
  • Ability to deliver large projects of refurbishment and major repair work in dispersed locations to high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • A demonstrable knowledge of financial management and budgetary control
