Job Details

We are looking for experienced Caretakers to provide a first-class grounds maintenance service to our estates in Brent, Southall and Slough.

You will work as part of a team to provide an effective, responsive and pro-active customer focused caretaking service to Catalyst properties that is of a consistently high standard. You will also ensure that communal areas are clean, tidy, litter and weed free, respond to emergencies and report any works requiring specialist attention, i.e. vandalism and graffiti.

You will be committed to first class estate cleanliness and will be physically able to carry out moderate to strenuous manual work. You will have excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues and be able to organise your own workload with minimal supervision. You’ll also need a basic understanding of relevant health and safety regulations and ideally have a valid driving license or bicycle competency certification with the ability to drive a company vehicle or allocated peddle bike as and when is required.
