Are you an ambitious Project Management Officer looking to take the lead in your next role? Or are you currently leading a Project and looking for your next challenge? Would you like to work for an innovative and forward thinking company, embarking on a major business transformation programme?

A2Dominion Group is looking for an experienced PMO to join our team within Project Services, reporting to the Head of Programme Transformation. You will be working with business leads and change managers to ensure all change principles and requirements are aligned to the portfolio framework.

You will also work collaboratively within Project Services to ensure the success of our projects and programmes.

The ideal candidate will display pro-active problem solving acumen, taking ownership of issues with the drive to seek a resolution.

Day to day your duties will include:

· Maintaining and improving PMO tools for the management of projects and allocation of resources
· Management of Project Services delivery methodology
· Tracking and reporting on the progress of the project portfolios
· Ensuring adherence to defined processes and the programme governance structure
· Creating and maintaining key PMO outputs such as the RAID log, plans and change control process

To be successful in this role you will hold a Prince 2, or equivalent, qualification with proven experience managing a PMO function in a corporate setting.
