Plus Dane is seeking to appoint a Head of Compliance and Health & Safety to join its Assets team. You will play a key role as a member of the Senior Management team and work with the Director of Asset Management to lead on the development and successful implementation of the Compliance management functions for the organisation.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. You will have a strong track record in continuous improvement, always looking to develop processes and procedures to stay relevant and confidently provide assurance to customers, Board and staff.  We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player and motivator, who is flexible enough to work in a constantly changing environment.
