We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with energy, experience and a strong sense of purpose to join us as a Digital Communications Executive.

The UK has a housing problem. This affects every one of us, because housing is the foundation of the society we live in. Catalyst is part of the solution. You could be too.

One of the UK’s leading housing associations, Catalyst is here to make a purposeful difference by providing housing solutions for those who can’t afford a home without our help. We offer a wide range of homes, for rent, part ownership or purchase. By doing so, we build more than homes – we build communities. The Digital Communications Executive champions, contributes to, manages and develops all our digital communications channels. You will also develop, create and edit digital content; including videos and infographics.

You’ll be working with colleagues across the business to deliver key messages and campaigns. You will manage, maintain and develop our digital communications and platforms, including website, social media and email to support our business objectives and reputation.  You will develop and manage our social media strategy to maximise the benefits from a range of different platforms and engage with a range of different audiences.

You’ll be totally committed to delivering excellent customer experience – being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers, and colleagues.

You’ll have an understanding of – and unbounded enthusiasm for – the broad digital landscape and how it is developing .You will have experience of working with external agencies, including web developers, designers, film-makers, photographers. You will possess knowledge of web publishing best practice, including SEO and accessibility.  You’ll also have experience of developing and delivering digital campaigns, a working knowledge of HTML, plus an awareness of web programming languages.
