We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with energy, experience and a strong sense of purpose to join us as a Digital Communications Executive.

The Digital Communications Executive champions, contributes to, manages and develops all our digital communications channels. You will also develop, create and edit digital content; including videos and infographics.

You’ll be working with colleagues across the business to deliver key messages and campaigns. You will manage, maintain and develop our digital communications and platforms, including website, social media and email to support our business objectives and reputation.  You will develop and manage our social media strategy to maximise the benefits from a range of different platforms and engage with a range of different audiences.

You’ll be totally committed to delivering excellent customer experience – being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers, and colleagues.

You’ll have an understanding of – and unbounded enthusiasm for – the broad digital landscape and how it is developing .You will have experience of working with external agencies, including web developers, designers, film-makers, photographers. You will possess knowledge of web publishing best practice, including SEO and accessibility.  You’ll also have experience of developing and delivering digital campaigns, a working knowledge of HTML, plus an awareness of web programming languages.
