Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Don't miss out on this apprenticeship opportunity! We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Project Assistant to join the Community Investment team based in Bow on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

About the role

This is a busy and varied role, where you will be provide administrative support to the Community panel. You will organise and run community events, ensuring actions are followed up by the appropriate teams. This will also include advertising, booking venues, arranging attendance from internal teams and organising suppliers and refreshments.

You will be responsible for ensuring that estate plans are kept updated and relevant, working with frontline teams and local people as well as using a range of formats to establish resident's view including events, door knocking, posters, text message and online discussion forums.

About you

To be successful, you'll come to us with good organisational skills, a flexible can do attitude and a desire to learn and complete the relevant qualifications for this apprenticeship. You'll work well in a team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll have good organisational / planning skills and be able to work to deadlines.

About the apprenticeship

We offer the opportunity to study for a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship which will take up to 18 months to complete and study for your NVQ qualification. You'll develop new key skills and behaviours which will support your personal development and progression. Where you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
