Are you looking for a varied role in a modern, motivating and award winning Property Compliance team? Orbit is seeking an exceptional candidate for the post of Property Compliance Administrator to join their Control Team located in Stratford-upon-Avon.

At the heart of this growth are our customers.

The Property Compliance department is a national award winning team who look to lead and influence customer safety management. The Control team is responsible for Asbestos, Fire or Electrical, Water, Lift and Play safety. This role will see you provide an efficient administrative support service, managing enquires from internal and external customers and contractors. The Property Compliance team is made up of knowledgeable individuals who are specialists in what they do and have received high levels of training, aimed at being the best customer safety managers in the UK.

The Property Compliance Administrator will support a variety of contracts for security, fire, water and lifting equipment safety functions. This is a fast paced role which involves creating work orders, providing administrative support, arranging access for site visits and communicating urgent referrals for compliance works.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is focused and proactive, with attention to detail. IT skills and experience using Word, Excel and Office are essential for this role. We are looking for a team player and someone who is willing to go that extra mile for our customers. Social housing or property background is desirable.
