We are looking for Environmental Services Team Leader (1 post) to join our Operations team in Merseyside.

You will manage the day to day provision of grounds maintenance and rapid response service covering a specified region ensuring that the environment is maintained to required standards and providing a high quality customer service experience that delivers high levels of customer satisfaction and other performance targets.

You will provide management and leadership to a team, managing resources to ensure that objectives are achieved. You will develop a detailed understanding of the issues and opportunities within our neighbourhoods developing local partnerships with other front facing service providers.

You will contribute to improving and maintaining the appearance of our neighbourhoods ensuring a highly visible presence, increasing customer confidence and offering reassurance. You will work with the Contact Centre and other internal service areas to deliver joined up customer service.

You should have experience of leading and developing people to deliver high levels of customer service and experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will have a track record of hitting/exceeding targets and meeting deadlines. You will have knowledge and awareness of health and safety regulations. You should be educated to GCSE standard or have equivalent qualification/experience.
