You will have excellent project management skills, with both an attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture. You will be an excellent communicator and will enjoy developing strong working relationships with both colleagues and external partners. 

Based in the New Build Development team, you will be working within a small and busy team focussed on the delivery of new homes. 

You will have responsibility for managing a broad range of new housing schemes from inception to final account. An experienced project manager you will enjoy the challenge of seeing a project from beginning to end, be able to use your effective planning skills to manage multiple projects and be able to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities.  You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing and you will work closely with colleagues and be able to develop effective relationships, working collaboratively to deliver the best results.
