We are looking for a professional and driven individual to undertake the role of Service Manager – Asset Management within Southampton City Council’s Capital Asset’s team.

You will hold a RICS qualification and have experience of managing multi-disciplinary property teams within both a Housing and non-Housing environment.  

The role holder will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deliver positive outcomes in challenging environments.  Experience in contributing and delivering the development of property related strategies, as well as the ability to think commercially yet balance this against the interests of different stakeholders is essential.      

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and ambitious individual looking to contribute to the prosperity of Southampton.  The role will oversee management of corporate and housing assets, compliance activities, the investment portfolio, capital programme development, energy efficiency investment and have responsibility for capital asset IT systems and data.
