About the Role

You will lead our housing management team in the South London and the South East, ensuring we provide a great service for our tenants. Our housing in the South London and the South East ranges from accessible general needs properties to a specialist housing schemes, and the area takes in South and South West London, Surrey, Kent and East Sussex

You will manage a dispersed team delivering all our local housing management services and will be expected to achieve stretching and ambitious targets. Tenant engagement is key to Habinteg’s success and you will be responsible to leading on engagement initiatives.  

About You

You will be an experienced housing professional, with extensive experience of generic housing management in the social housing sector. You will have excellent management and leadership skills and be able to demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Habinteg’s inclusive housing mission.

You will need to show a track record of achievement and ambition, both in your previous roles and in your own personal development.

You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.

You will need great written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to contribute to the development of policy and practice, so skills in these areas are required.

The role requires the ability to drive and access to a car. Occasional overnight stays and working outside usual office hours will also be required
