We have embarked on our journey and we are looking for support to help bring it to fruition. You will take responsibility for progressive and high quality administrative support to the Procurement Team and the management of key procurement related processes and documentation.

You will manage the ‘contracts management database’ ensuring a dynamic and accurate contract register is maintained for the entire business. You will develop and manage analytical data and records to ensure compliance and reporting is provided consistently and accurately to the procurement team and senior management.

You will ensure accurate and timely availability of compliance and management reporting identifying areas for improvement and opportunity. You will maintain the Procurement Dashboard to ensure the accurate reporting of procurement KPI’s and savings.

You will be a team player and resourceful provider of knowledge to colleagues and stakeholders. You will possess the character and resilience to work in a pressure environment and deliver against challenging targets. You will have a good track record of developing and implementing analytics and management information across a range of both direct and in-direct categories. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint and be a proficient administrator with a keen interest in developing a career in Procurement. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
