Are you an experienced complaints handler? Orbit has a great opportunity for a Customer Relations Account Manager to join their close-knit team in their Coventry Office. Orbit are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide first class customer service, setting a benchmark for their colleagues to follow through high quality and efficient complaints management.

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day complaints management processes supporting the Customer Care team and will also manage escalated complaints from the resolutions team covering a range of areas. When these investigations are completed you will be responsible for delivering findings and conclusions so a formal and appropriate response can be delivered.

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a real passion for resolving issues. We will need you to be able to show a background in complaints handling and be able to demonstrate a range of case studies where you have investigated and resolved complaints.

Exceptional communication and empathy skills are essential for this role. You will be supporting the contact centre as well as the resolutions team with escalations so will need to listen and absorb the views of a range of parties to help these cases reach conclusion. The ability to communicate well in writing will also be crucial.
