Notting Hill Genesis Housing are actively recruiting for a Project Worker to join our supported housing scheme located in Diss.

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis Housing as we are recruiting to several jobs in the Diss area. Located at our Rush House scheme in Diss, the Project Worker will be responsible for delivering person-centred services. The scheme supports single homeless people who may have experienced drug, alcohol, substance misuse problems, and/or have varying support needs.

Notting Hill Genesis Housing Care & Support are one of the largest providers of housing related support to single homeless people within Norfolk. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme within several of our schemes across the county. The aim of the new services is to ensure our customers achieve their goals and aspirations through the support, encouragement and guidance of our staff.

The primary focus of our schemes is to support clients in a range of areas, including finding employment, recovery from addiction, and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to more suitable long-term accommodation, appropriate to their needs.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

Hours will be 39 hours a week, over a rota basis. You will be required to work some weekends.
