We have a fantastic opportunity for an Income Collection and Recovery Compliance Assistant to join our Income Team.

This is a key role providing support to our income compliance and collection service, covering all areas related to income collection and recovery.
You will provide administrative support to the team ensuring that our records and data are compliant in order to allow processes to function effectively. You will work with external companies, departments and our customers to ensure an efficient debt collection service is provided.

We are looking for an ambitious individual with experience of working in an office environment or within an administrative function. You will possess excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills and be able to work as part of a high performing team.

Housing experience is desirable but not essential for this role. You will work well with customers and have experience of resolving customer queries.
Your role will be to provide advice and assistance to customers on all areas related to income recovery. You will also be responsible for maximising income through tenancy enforcement and negotiation.

Typical working hours are Monday - Friday, however you will need to have a flexible approach where needed.
