We are looking for an exceptional finance professional to be the inspirational leader of our finance and rents departments. A key member of the Senior Management Team, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure we realise our significant financial capacity and ambitious development programme. Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, integrity and compliance, you will strive to shape and deliver services that are excellent value for money and develop strategies to secure our rental income.

You’ll ensure that our ambitious objectives and plans are founded on resilient financial planning and ensure value for money is embedded in all our activities. As well as leading on financial management, budgeting and reporting and financial inclusion, you’ll also review existing processes, identify potential improvements and take the lead in planning for new developments and investments.

With your commercial input, we’ll aim to develop our strong financial position and ensure our organisation goes from strength to strength. You’ll need to demonstrate previous experience a similar, senior-level role, where you have been responsible for financial systems and reporting, and fostered a customer-first, value-for-money culture.
